Summary of Role / Profile:
Focus of the Function: Drive business development in either of IMS/CGRLS verticals and help achieve vertical objectives
Why does this job exist: This position will need to support vertical leadership in achieving vertical objectives
How does the role add value: Bring vertical nuances apart from core domain understanding to be able to customize solutions for vertical specific clients as also provide pragmatic recommendations applicable to the same
How is this role unique from others: Driven by specific vertical understanding and in depth knowledge of processes involved in some sub verticals of the main vertical - manufacturing, consumer goods, life sciences etc.
Who are the key relationships for this role: Internally Vertical leaders, GRMs, GOLs, CSPs, Consulting leaders among others. Externally senior stakeholders in client organization of the league of CFO, CAE, Global Controller etc.
What are the minimum prior qualifications to be an applicant for this role: CA, CPA, MBA (Finance)
What are the key initiatives & challenges facing this role in the next six months to three years: To initiate relationships with the stakeholders and convince them of ability of delivering business development agenda.
Specific competencies: (Essential)
- Detailed knowledge of Internal Controls, Risks, Internal audit and other Risk Advisory domain elements
- Detailed and in-depth understanding of business processes in any of the sub verticals within IMS, CGRLS
- Strong delivery ability and quality mind
- Business development acumen

- System understanding - ERP, other sub systems

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Knowledge, Experience, Education External & internal contacts:
- Drive vertical business in CGR with support from G Sales team and Consulting organization
- Client delivery for CGR deals
- Train and manage teams
- Create vertical related intelligence
- Participate in vertical forums
Essential:
- Consumer Goods industry knowledge
- Controls and IA deep knowledge
- Experience of mining and hunting
- 8-15 years of relevant experience of which minimum 3-4 years in consulting space
Desirable:
- Apt knowledge of ERP systems
- Global exposure
- External: Clients, Industry specialists, forums etc.
- Internal: Global Sales, Solution Architects, Domain Practice Leaders, Sales Enablement and Effectiveness (SEE) Team, Consulting team
