Job Description : 1. Providing leadership and direction to the design/operations team by stating clear expectations regarding business goals, priorities, and risks while gaining team commitment to the achievement of the required results. 2. Ideation, execution, coaching, and mentoring the direct reports to drive supply chain improvements and re-design supply chain in line with business objectives. 3. Ability to promote a culture of innovation and continuously stretching the boundaries of process excellence 4. Bring in expertise insights of best practices followed in the Last Mile ecosystem by other players and adapt or implement them 4. Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the business/operations together with knowledge of the business environment and process excellence concepts, methodologies, and tools. 5. Act as a subject matter expert for the business/operations working with external bodies: product, tech, ops, legal, infra to influence decisions. Provided performance-focused leadership. 6. Develop product and customer-specific operating plans to meet the market demands while having a keen focus on customer requirements 7. Build solutions to meet the hiring needs; identify and work with top performers for talent development and create a leadership pipeline for own level 8.
