Sr. Manager / Associate Director - Business strategy & Growth

We have an exciting Job Opportunity in Business Strategy and Growth with a leading E-Commerce company.

Multiple Roles :

- Heading a strategy / growth initiative

- Heading projects to improve overall Top-line/ Bottom-line

- Achieving business growth via working with functional teams like Sourcing, Marketing, Product CRM, etc towards the next level of growth and profitability.

Position : Sr. Manager/Associate Director

Experience : 2-6 Years (2-4 preferably)

Location : Gurgaon

Qualification : B.Teach + MBA from Top B Schools only.

Skills Required :

- An understanding of and passion for eCommerce.

- Experience in P&L role, Category Management, BD/Sourcing, Digital Marketing

- Strong numerical and analytical aptitude

- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects

- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented; Experience in project ownership and using customer data to identify and prioritize opportunities.

- Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools

Roles & Responsibility :

- Handles end-to-end P&L responsibility for his/her categories.

- Be in charge of defining long-term strategic plans.

- Driving day-to-day operational improvement.

- Building and growing strategic relationships with sellers and external partners, and building a high performing team.

- You will be handling end-to-end P&L responsibility.

- Understand & update Competitive landscape, Customer satisfaction, Customer segments, Industry reports and trends.

- Strong quantitative analysis skills to lend insight to highly ambiguous and sensitive business problems.

- Development of the product strategy and vision.
