ACCOUNTABILITIES
- The candidate will need to understand & comprehend client requirements and ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Conceptualise end to end projects around re-engineering, starting from understanding need >Business case> Identification and agreement of scope of application and driving implementation to check results against clearly drawn out success criteria's
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, E2E mapping and improvement, Lean six sigma and advanced automation
- Identify opportunities for improvement and bottlenecks through waste analysis and consistency analysis
- Managing multiple internal and external, cross functional and remote stakeholders
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Lean Six Sigma experience (Master Black Belt preferred)
- Exposure to International assignments and/or client engagement with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Must be capable of articulating re-engineering agenda, and rallying teams along to drive improvements across the organization
- Possesses outstanding analytical and problem solving skills as well as a strong ability to dissect up from business requirements in order to identify opportunities
- To identify the people, process, and technology capabilities required to deliver desired solution, and then plan for the implementation of those experiences.
- Process - mapping, documentation, process data analytics. Ability to quickly understand complex processes and create process/data-flow/systems maps
- Ability to coach, train, mobilize and motivate colleagues
