Sr Manager/ Associate director - Business Operations

Essential Job Functions :

Operations - The Sr Manager/Associate Director, Business Operations will drive adoption of best practices in terms of delivery, standards and processes across various aspects of India Operations. The incumbent will serve as an advisor to the Senior Leadership Team and help define operational metrics, drive process enhancements and governance best practices to enable realization of operational efficiencies.

Program Management - The Sr Manager/Associate Director, Business Operations will drive operational initiatives to deliver on organization strategy and goals, and provide effective business support. This work will involve structuring cross-functional, strategic initiatives in collaboration with various BUs and enablement functions such as Marketing, Finance, HR, L&D, Legal, Procurement, etc. The incumbent will work closely with the senior leadership team in scoping these operational initiatives, lead creation of implementation plan and drive these plans in a time bound manner. The incumbent will work with various business stakeholders to provide support and handle issues and roadblocks on these initiatives.

Governance and Reporting - The Sr Manager/Associate Director, Business Operations will administer and own a robust governance framework to drive smooth business operations. This leader will also guide the definition and measurement of several operational and financial metrics for the organization, and enable the senior leadership team with timely reporting, analysis and actionable insights. The incumbent will also define and manage an escalation mechanism to drive timely corrective action and issue resolution across business functions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent

- MBA or equivalent work experience preferred

Work Experience : 12-15 years of experience in the areas of business operations and/or consulting. Program/project management experience is a plus
