We are hiring on Sr Manager/Associate Director- Brand Partnership role for leading platform driven company into B2B market .

Our Client - A leading B2B e-commerce start-up that aims to digitally transform supply chain of manufacturing sector in India,

Role - Sr Mgr/AD level person to lead Brand partnerships/Vendor development

Location: Noida

We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent will be expected to drive all Supplier & Brand relationships pan-India

Key Responsibilities:

- Leading Supplier/Brand side business development across different product categories in Business & Industrial space

- Building strategic partnerships with key industrial brands/OEMs pan-India & driving Brand acquisitions through CXO level connect

- Driving Vendor Onboarding: Adding on new vendors and categories proactively by constantly improving Quality, Cost and Delivery terms with suppliers across India

- Driving standardization: Ensuring standardization of products, process and prices across India

- Technology adoption: Bringing the vendors on client tech platforms and driving their orders, inventory, account statement through the same

Desired candidate traits:

- 1-3 Yrs of work experience in E-commerce companies - Category/Vendor management/Supplier account management/Merchant partnership role

- Excellent Sales/Business development skills

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch

- B.Tech (preferred) + MBA from a Tier 1 institute is a must
