Senior Manager/Assistant Vice President - Project Management - BFSI

Key Responsibilities:

AVP - SR Project Manager

- The role will require good understanding of Project Management standards

- Ensuring correct Governance Process to enable to keep the compliance scorecard green

- Validating Project Artifacts, Status Reports, budget reports, milestones, Risk & issue reports

- Consolidating and Maintaining the PM document templates and regularly reviewing them preparing status reports, giving training on the PM standards

- Manage day to day operations, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures 

- Manage financial forecasting, headcount planning, and centralized policy/reporting.

- Work closely with financial control, resource management, audit and other key support areas to maximize efficiency.

- Monitor process flow,process improvement, scorecard, Risk & Compliance

Knowledge/Experience:

- 8+ Years of relevant experience

- Experience in PMO, Project Management, Resource Management and Budgeting

- Experience in Agile Project Management
