Position: Senior Manager/AVP - MIS Planning

Experience: 8 yrs - 13 yrs preferably working with Insurance Sector / Banks/ FMCD or FMCG etc

Qualification : CA Qualified

Work Location: Pune

Purpose of the Job : Will be responsible for smooth handling of MIS team which will be responsible for Financial Planning process of the Company, release of the monthly MIS reports for the Management and Shareholders.

Work Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for leading the planning, budgeting and forecasting exercise

2. Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting

3. Work closely with various department across the Company to pro-actively provide financial insights, assess financial deviations in - Planned vs. Actuals, analyze the reasons

4. Vigorous monitoring and controlling the development of strategic and business plan in line with shareholders objectives

5. Produce time sensitive information and provide actionable data that will assist Senior Management in planning and managing the core functions of the business

6. Engage with various business channels in helping them evaluate and implement new business initiatives to achieve their revenue and profitability targets

7. Analysis of business channels profitability through revenue & expense gap statement

8. Ensure accurate and informative shareholding deck presentation on a monthly basis

9. Sustaining and improving MIS reporting for internal divisions

10. Provide analytical and information support to all stakeholders for effective decision making

11. Competition benchmarking and peer review analysis
