Sr. Manager / AVP - Lead UX Architect

Our Client, a Leading Private Bank is looking out for a Sr. Manager/ AVP - Lead UX Architect to be based at Mumbai.

Job Purpose :

We're looking for thinkers, problem solvers and passionate UX architects to join our team.

A successful UX Architect is analytical thinker, understands human behaviour and psychology, innovative designer, a team player, and a skilled business partner all rolled into one. You will be leading user research activities and conceptualizing solutions based on research insights.

Job Responsibilities :

- User Research

- UX prototyping and Testing

- Project scoping and effort estimates

- Competitive & industry Analysis

- Lead projects and work with interdisciplinary teams

- Contribute to UX Practice

- Over eight years of experience turning ideas into world-class experiences

- Good understanding of how to apply the methodologies of human centered interaction design and research to business problems

- Experience creating interfaces, large-scale digital experiences, or applications. Responsive web/ native mobile experience is highly desirable

- Solid experience in requirement gathering through workshops, interviews and research

- Advanced prototyping skills with Axure or other tools for generating wireframes and specifications.

- Good track record in creating successful products alongside interdisciplinary teams, with proven skills in mentoring, presenting, client partnership and visual communication

- Confident stakeholder management skills and the ability to persuade

- Lead projects independently, proactive, have experience working in an Agile environment, comfortable with ambiguity and work well autonomously

Education & Skills :

- Graduate or Post Graduate (Computer science will be plus, Certification in UX will be plus)

- Strong communication and analytical skills

- User experience Research,

- Heuristic evaluation

- Psychology and behavioral analysis

- Advanced prototyping

- Good storytelling and presentation skills
