Position : Senior Manager / AVP - Financial Reporting

Qualification: CA is must

About The Role :

Context : Financial consolidation, reporting & analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identifying US GAAP accounting concerns relating to businesses, researching them well in advance & getting prompt resolutions for the same.

- SOX 404 for FR, Commitments and Contingencies.

- Identifying process improvements in management reporting and US GAAP reporting.

- Preparing & reviewing schedules & dashboards for monthly & quarterly financial performance.

- Monthly / Quarterly review of balance sheet & cash flows.

- Trend and Variance analysis and qualitative understanding of results, reviewing with the accounting / business teams, as necessary, culminating in a concise cause of change report.

- Ensuring Chart of Accounts mapping consistency with other company businesses

- Drive process improvements & handle special management projects

Performance Measures :

- Timely submission of reports

- Accuracy of reports & dashboards submitted

Knowledge And Skills :

- Experience in consolidation, management & financial reporting.

- US GAAP working knowledge

- Knowledge of SAP & Hyperion systems
