Designation : Financial Management

Objective :

To prepare Financial Statement as per requirement of Indian GAAP and IND AS.

Responsibilities:

 Part of team responsible for preparing financial statement. Preparing financial statement will include:

1. Computation of provision requirement on Credits as per RBI regulation;

2. Responsible for preparing projections on various key heads of income and expense like NII, Fee Income, Operating Cost etc.

3. Expected to have sound knowledge on income recognition criteria on various banking products.

4. Preparing Segment reporting;

5. Analyzing income/expense and asset/liabilities GL and identify reason for variation;

6. Co-ordinating with Statutory Auditor for smooth completion of quarterly / yearly audit;

7. Responsible for ensuring smooth migration of financial statement from Indian GAAP to Ind AS;

8. Responsible for preparing various Board notes in compliance with RBI / Companies Act regulation.

9. Responsible for setting up of accounting rules for new product launched by the Bank and monitoring functioning of the same.

10. Responsible for handling various data requirement from internal and external stakeholders.
