Business Analyst - Senior Manager / AVP

- Act as an interface between management, business and IT

- Create a detailed business analysis i.e. outlining problems or gaps, opportunities and solutions for business

- Elicit, organize, translate, simplify and document in detail business requirements i.e. functional and non-functional

- Ensure requirement walkthrough and obtain requirement sign off

- Analyze requirements and get involved in the design of business systems

- Facilitate and lead various stakeholder requirement discussion & walkthrough sessions, project standup, project status and demonstration meetings

- Write functional and non-functional test cases

- Perform end to end system testing

- Support project implementation

Experience: 7 to 10 years

Domain Expertise (Good to Have): General Insurance Retail Products

Preferable Projects: e-Commerce Websites, Customer Portal, Agent Portal, Partner Portal or CRM Portal

Journey: Buy online, Renew online and Claims

Integrations: Policy Administration System, Lead Management System, Campaign Management System, Customer Relationship Management System or Content Management System

Cross functional experience: Operations and Customer service

Skills: Documentation, Communication, Interpersonal, Analytical and Coordination

Personality: Possess Business acumen and Technical aptitude

Tools: MS Visio or similar process flow modelling tools
