Role & Responsibilities :  - Generate ideas/ designing/ pricing and highlight areas of concern and associated risks  - Developing viable business model through robust strategy  - Coordinating with internal stakeholders - assisting in proving solutions to IT/ Ops & Liaise with external stakeholders  - Decision making  - People management  - Identify process improvements and drive change  Requirements :  - Possess strong understanding of general actuarial principles. Product Design & pricing experience from an actuarial perspective is an advantage  - Possess experience of supporting and assisting in procuring the group insurance sales  - Strong verbal and communications skills
