Senior Manager/Assistant Manager/Manager/Associate Director - US Corporate Tax - Big4

Big4 Hiring multiple positions for US Business Tax profile - Bangalore Location.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- The Tax Senior is responsible for reviewing trust, partnership, and corporate tax returns, preparing complex tax returns; and assisting in reporting and MIS activities.

- Support Service implementations from start to finish (planning, executing, directing, and completing tax projects).

- Supervise and train staff and New Joiners on tax projects.

- Conduct Quality Reviews of returns prepared by staff.

- Proactively interact with key client engagement team to gather information and resolve tax-related problems

- Gain understanding of client operations, processes, and business objectives.

- Perform other job-related duties as necessary

Qualification/Experience Required :

- Minimum graduate/PG from reputable universities with excellent academic result, majoring in Accounting or Finance

- Minimum of 3-12 years of professional experience, preferably in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 public accounting firm.

- Strong tax accounting skills with proficiency in US GAAP and tax compliance.

- Understanding of Federal taxes.
