Senior Manager/Assistant Manager - Accounts Payable - eCommerce Startup

Opening for Senior Manager / AM - Accounts Payable for an E-commerce Start-up in Bangalore.

Role: Accounts Payable

Designation: Assistant Manager / Manager

Location: Bangalore

Candidates from Retail, E-commerce and FMCG can only apply.

B.Com, B.B.A, M.B.A, ICWA Graduates can also apply.

Role:

- Manage entire AP function

- Volume transactions

- Process setup/automation

- Manage outsourcing of process if required

Key Responsibilities :

- Reviewing the operator payments on daily basis and making payments to operators;

- Reviewing the incentives, penalties & other Full & Final Settlement for cab operators on daily basis;

- Financial MIS preparation;

- Reviewing the vendor invoices and approving the same in oracle system;

- Sending vendor payment details to banking for processing on weekly basis;

- Managing Account payable team;

- Closely working with executives for any city team issue and made sure all the issues are resolved on time;

- Verifying the oracle files for various types of expenses & income and then posting those files on oracle;

- Review of financial trackers( for different types of security deposits);

- Monthly closure of books in aspects of accounting of entries;

- Closing Bank reconciliation every month.

- Passing the entries for provision of Vendor payouts;
