Sr. Manager / AGM Risk Management & Compliance
Objective of the Role Assist & support Head Risk Management & Compliance in day-to-day activities
Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities include:
- Conduct risk assessment, analyze related documents, statistics, reports and market trend
- Actively contribute towards developing Risk Intelligence framework and presenting the risks / challenges posed by the Macro environment on the group
- Setting, upgrading and improvising the group-wide
Risk Management policy and processes to manage and mitigate risks

Recommends and implements risk management solutions such as insurance, safety and security policies, business continuity plans, or recovery measures.- Engaging with other departments to monitor and improve risk management initiatives
- Conduct risk management awareness programs with all functions and projects.
- Working on various certifications related to
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) for the organization
- Drafts and presents risk reports and proposals to executive leadership and senior staff.
- Prepare, maintain and manage documentation related to risk management
- Actively contribute towards updating Risk Register, hold discussions with the process owners and obtaining sign off on new risks and KRIs
COMPLIANCE- Review compliance framework and identify gaps.
- Create awareness with all stakeholders about the policies and ensure compliance.
- Independently perform Anti-Bribery, sanctions and fraud risk reviews
- Due diligence of intermediaries
- Conduct exercises with all functions that could uncover fraudulent behavior
- Whenever required, contribute towards investigations
- Performs other duties as directed by department head
Qualifications Required - B.E / B. Tech. (Civil) - MBA in Finance / Operation Management (Tier-1 / Tier-2)-
Certification in Risk Management would be an added advantageExperience - At least 6-8 years of work experience in Risk Management or Internal Audit
- Infrastructure Experience is preferred.
- Basic exposure in ensuring compliance would be a plus.
Other skills - Through understanding of corporate policies and best practices of risk management
- Sound understanding of corporate finance
- Excellent verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills
- Confident in interacting and following up with senior executives
- Should be able to handle confidential information & maintain discretion
