Our client is a leading Indian conglomerate in manufacturing of fertilizer, plant nutrition and crop protection. They are currently looking for a Senior Manager/ Assistant General Manager to be based out of Gujarat. You will be responsible for: - Transferring and adapting new technologies developed from Global R&D centre - Coordinating and facilitating in transfer of technology and process - Translating he formulation technology and packaging requirements into plant engineering concepts - Defining process safety requirements and ensuring proper designing and implementing responsible care standards - Developing optimized technical solutions in terms of cost, schedule and technology requirements - Preparing Engineering documents like PFD, Utility load, Building drawing etc. - Driving process optimization in project and existing production as well - Providing regular feedback on implementation of process, key challenges and results Ideally you are a full time chemical engineer with 5-15 years of work experience in process engineering in the speciality chemical/agrochemical/API industry. You should have scored at-least 70% in SSC and HSC. You should possess good communication skills, interpersonal skills and leadership skills. You should have an excellent track record in your earlier professional stint and should be ready for the next challenging assignment.
