Job Description : This is a position for International Real Estate Sales as a Senior Manager/ AGM, based out of Mumbai for our client Important : The Role requires Sales of Foreign properties (Residential / Luxury segment) to Indian Citizens (NOT to NRI's) I. Prerequisites : - Good exposure to International Real Estate Sales &amp; Business Development - Strong sales background in Luxury / Residential segment. - Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills - Strong Sales, Negotiation and Communication skills for liaising with Indian / Foreign colleagues, Customers and other Stakeholders. - Goal oriented &amp; Self motivated salesperson - Previous experience of dealing with HNI (High NetWorth Individuals) / UHNI (Ultra HNI) is a Plus II. Qualities and Position Description : - Candidate would be self-motivated, self starter and curious to understand product portfolio/assets across various International real estate markets. - Candidate will be required to understand buying behaviour of customers pertaining to International real estate markets. Moreover, he/she will possess ability to pass information to customers effectively and be persuasive to ensure sales. - Ability to define real estate products specific target market and work along marketing department to devise and implement go-to-market strategy. - Ability to create and nurture channel partner &amp; client relationships with an objective to develop long term relationships and ensuring repeat sales and referral sales. - Be diligent and extremely professional with no lag time in responding to customer/ channel partner/internal team queries. - To plan and decide key events to participate in, which will help generate leads - To work closely with marketing team to plan, organize/ participate in International Exhibitions whether project, theme or location specific. - Proactive in looking for potential buyers and ability to approach prospective clients and showcase the best products and services offered by the organization. III. Education : - Minimum education requirement: Bachelor/PG degree from Tier 1 college or University Requirements : - Sharp candidate with excellent communication skills - Good exposure to International Real Estate Sales (Luxury / Residential segment) - Strong Residential Business Development background. - Detail orientation, multi-tasking, and achieve the given objectives. - Ability to work under pressure, with minimum supervision - Strong experience in Lead generation &amp; Qualification - Need to join Intimidatingly
