Senior Manager/AGM - HR


Job Description:


- Act as a strategic partner to business. Create a result-oriented organization that is able to adapt quickly

- Drive employee engagement & retention initiatives, leading employee relation function and actively resolving complex employee relation issues

- Drive capability development initiatives - launching programs to build knowledge-based team.

- Drive HR Operations excellence to improve employee engagement & satisfaction

Desired Candidates:

- Deep understanding of developing a competency framework in line with business objectives

- Experience in designing & implementing various Performance Appraisal systems e.g. - Balanced Score Card system, KRA based management by objective method, Competency based review method, Bell curve method etc.

- Experience in designing & implementing Employee Satisfaction surveys & other tools to measure employee engagement

- Experience of developing L&D plans for technology focused teams

- Experience of strategic, change management initiatives will be an added advantage

- Experience in adopting Digital technology and designing simplified & effective HR operation processes

- Believes in leading by example to encourage respect and civility.

- Ability to understand a sense of urgency and to quickly adapt and adjust to a changing environment.

Qualifications:

- MBA in HR Management from a recognized Business school is preferred

- 12+ years of experience with at least 3-5 years in fast paced industry.

- Experience in Automotive industry not mandatory.

- Bonus points for cross-cultural experience.
