- Recruit, interview, investigate and select candidates for employment.
- Establish and administer performance management systems and coordinate performance counseling and career planning
- Evaluate jobs, establish and administer wage/salary systems, approve personnel.
- Changes and pay increases, monitors various compliance relate to employment, conduct pay survey and keep evolving policy for compensation and related HRM practices.
- Design, establish and administer employee benefits programs (statutory / non statutory)
- Design and conduct programs to improve employee performance and maximize effective management of human sources using internal / external resources, conduct programs to enhance soft and product related skills and knowledge on the basis of performance gaps as identified by respective Stores Manger / immediate superior
- Plan and administer health, accident, prevention, fire protection programs, conduct safety / health training, including on site emergency evacuation plans using internal / external resources.
- Monitor security related programs to protect property from physical damage / theft and evolve suitable initiatives proactively to prevent such occurrences.
