Sr. Manager/AGM - HR
- Head - HR is responsible to handle entire HR and IR related matters including 8 manufacturing plants (Presently six plants are operational due to business reasons) and HR Initiatives of Fertilizer Business.
- The primary objective is plan, develop and create a healthy and learning environment by implementing best HR practices to achieve business objective.
- Organizational development by co-relating HR function with business objectives. Focus on talent acquisition, employee retention, people skill enhancement, process standardization, employee engagement, reward and recognition and maintaining good industrial relations
- To plan and develop strategy related to manpower need and actual, employee skill development, align the manpower as per business planning.
- To get regular update on manpower and other administrative cost and discuss to implement the strategy to reduce the same.
- To discuss day to day HR operations related activities.
