Job Purpose :
- Managing Key E-Commerce Vendors & driving the sales for the Colour Cosmetics category.
KRA's :
- Developing long-term sales strategies and cross-category marketing plans and digital promotions through online channel
- Handling Marketplace (Nykaa, Amazon, Myntra, own ecommerce) and scaling up the sales for all color cosmetic products
- Negotiation and signing of Terms of Trade with vendors and setting up the roadmap for the sales of color cosmetics category
- Create a sales plan for the platform based marketing such as Search ads, Sponsored ads & Banner Ads
- Coordinating with Internal Teams, channel partners & SKU's for the smooth functioning of the daily operations
Requisites :
- 8-12years experience Key Accounts/ Sales with atleast 2 years experience in handling ecommerce sales
- Candidates with Color Cosmetic experience is required
- Analytically strong and good in numbers
