Team: Individual Contributor role (but working closely with Sales and Marketing team)

Job Description :

- The Digital Sales Leader is responsible for selling the Digital Software Solution Portfolio via direct customer interactions, product demonstrations and case-based consultative value selling that enable BFSI companies. He or she will work closely in a highly matrixed organization, with a large national sales teams and... executives, along with digital & software implementation and support specialists to develop digital products sales leads, qualify them to opportunities and convert them to closed deals.

- The person must be sales-driven and a fast-moving person with a strong customer focus. He or she must be passionate in creating value for prospective customers, identifying the right decision makers and influencers in target accounts, as well as have the ability to ask the right questions in a consultative selling approach to sell digital BFSI products.

- Extremely strong communication skills are key to success for this role.

- Pan India sales role with P&L responsibility

- Revenue Generation.

- Recognize marketing opportunities by taking into account client needs, rival analysis, and business projection.

- Growth and extension of our clientele in Bharat with the addition of new customers.

- Preparing proposals and RFPs and submitting them on schedule.

- Deliver predictable and consistent revenue performance in line with performance indicators and budgetary requirements.

- Support for brand-development initiatives.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to establish the marketing strategy and implement campaigns for the production of healthy pipeline

Qualifications :

- BE/MCA/IT Engineering or equivalent degree with 8-10 years of experience in enterprise software/BFSI technology, MBA desired but optional Digital and software sales and account management

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Comfortable talking the technical and BFSI sales language with customers and stakeholders to close deals.

- Desired but optional - strong sales-relevant knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware servers, cloud products etc.
