Senior Manager / AGM : Corporate Finance and Investor Relations for a leading 5- Star Hotel

Job Role :

- Financial analysis, Valuation analysis, Building Financial models, Fund raising and transaction support.

- Preparation of investment memos and deal presentations

- Post deal compliance management

- Building relationship with Global investors and Financial institutions
