Responsibilities : - Leading Engineering hiring across the organisation for all levels with a team of 4-8 senior recruitment professionals . - Understanding Business and its expansion needs . - Partnership with Engineering Leaders within the organisation to enable smooth Manpower planning and onboarding. - Making hiring plans and execution of the same . - Managing and growing Talent Acquisition team for Engineering and help them with delivery strategy for achieving all recruitment matrix. - Establish best practices around Talent acquisition function for Engineering . Experience and Expertise : - 7+ years of hands-on experience in Engineering Talent Acquisition. - Experience in scaling Engineering talent acquisition function and teams. - Experience in reporting and analytics of multiple recruitment matrix. - Expert in social media hiring, ATS management, Hiring plans &amp; stakeholder management. - Exposure to Campus hiring and employer branding is good to have.
