Role Objective : The incumbent will be expected to be working on the strategy side of Enterprise Solutions for the company, who own end to end roadmap building for brand awareness.
Role Responsibilities :- Help build strategic roadmap and business plan (STRAP) for Enterprise Solutions BU, including specific strategies by offering and industry vertical
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to derive actionable insights
- Stay up to date with developments in technology, digital transformation, and relevant
manufacturing sectors to identify growth opportunities across industries and geographies
- Partner with business vertical/ regional heads to drive key growth initiatives

- Conduct analysis of historical win-loss results and develop and execute strategy for growing industry & geography penetration

Work Experience : 6-8 year of experience in Marketing Strategy and developing STRAP for B2B companies, , including GTM, competitor benchmarking, product strategy etc.
Knowledge/ Skills :- Proficiency in analyzing data sets and deriving insights
- Basic understanding of manufacturing sector, supply chain, procurement
- Program management experience, ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education : MBA in Strategy/Marketing from a reputed institute.
