Job Tittle: Senior Manager - IT Integration

About Process & Team:
- This team focuses on providing financial technology, operational, and commercial due diligence assistance, restructuring and transition and integration services to investors and companies
- The profile is for the M&A division, wherein Person will be responsible for making the technology/ ERP/System of two different organization who are getting merged at the similar platform.
- Person will be expert in IT Integration, IT Transaction, IT Change Management, IT Service, ITSM,
- Looking for the people in IT Project Management along with accounting & financial domain knowledge. This person will work closely with Global clients.
Responsibilities:
- Working within the Transaction Integration team to deliver IT Transaction Services engagements including IT Due Diligence, IT Post Merger Integration, IT Carve-outs/ Separation.
- Support practice development initiatives including the development of tools, methodologies and market propositions.
- Systems Integration / Development and implementation experience.
- Knowledge of Structured methodologies and a familiarity with industry standards such as ITIL for Infrastructure, Systems Development Life Cycle methods and COBIT for IT governance.
- Manage teams- delivery in global transaction focused engagements by strengthening the IT function capability across key skills. Ability to understand IT capability of individuals and aligning them with right kind of engagements, managing feedback & functional skills enhancements.
Desired Candidate:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related field and masters/post graduate qualification in finance with at least 10+ years of related work experience
- Has worked on projects related to Financial Domain(P2P/R2R/OTC/Plan to make/Hire to retire) / BFSI into implementation & development side.
- Desirable to have IT transaction experience (mergers, acquisitions or divestiture)
- Expertise and understanding of broader set of IT functions from Transaction standpoint
- Certifications in Agile, ITIL, PMP/Prince 2, TOGAF and COBIT highly desired)
- Understanding of M&A life cycle, carve-out / integration of a business post-announcement of transaction, cross-border M&A
- Strong operations mindset and ability to determine risks and opportunity areas
- Skill to synthesize approaches to complex carve-out and integration conflicts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
