Senior Manager Application (Dot Net Technologies)  Position Summary :   - The Senior Manager Applications & directs and manages various software development teams.  - Should have excellent exposure on Dot Net  - Responsible for systems software product development activities including design, development, testing, and implementation of software platform, system changes, and enhancements.   - Responsible for the electronic journal and content distribution services, Reporting & Business Intelligent and ATM cash and transaction reconciliation.  Reports to : Director - Regional Managed Services  Qualification : Must be a Post Graduate Candidature.  Essential Functions :   - Coordinates development resources in order to meet expected outcome and product quality standards  - Review the software/systems development lifecycle and workflow   - Establishes programming standards and program documentation requirements   - Reviews current status of system applications and prepares recommendations for improvements   - Manage and address changing project needs  - Provides technical direction to the project team   - Identify resource needs and enforces project and delivery standards  JOB & REQUIREMENT :   - 10+ years relevant experience in software development with Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline  - Ability to effectively manage a diverse set of software development teams working on multiple projects   - Knowledge of software development life cycles   - Self-motivation and discipline, ability to multi-task.   - Planning, time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, and organizational skills   - Possesses general understanding in the all areas of technology and system design   - Experience with architecting and managing data warehouse and business intelligence applications   - Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate multiple application teams, and take ownership of multiple applications   - Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization   - The ability to work across the organizational matrix and a tolerance for ambiguity  - Experience in leading multiple teams and multiple concurrent project development program.   - Experience managing software engineers and Quality Assurance people.   - PMP, LEAN, six sigma, CMM-I or equivalent an advantage  - Experience with on-line media and documentation such as SharePoint, wiki, etc.  - Experience in definition of project management processes and collateral  - Experience in using metrics and indicators to drive organizational improvements  Pranali Pujare L: 022 60660082
