JOB DESCRIPTION Sr. Manager, Sales, API, Europe, Jubilant Pharma PURPOSE OF THE JOB: - Responsible for generating API sales revenue &amp; managing clients in Europe Market and BD activities. DETAILS OF THE JOB: Designation &amp; Job : Sr.Manager, Sales, API Business Unit : API Function : API Sales &amp; BD Country : India Work Location : Greater Noida Reporting Manager: API Sales Head ( AVP) Manager's Manager: VP &amp; SBU Head API Team Size : NIL Direct Reportees : NIL KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Achievement of Annual Budget - Adopting the correct market entry strategies and aligning Organizational resources accordingly - Effective Execution of assigned region. - Implement pricing and market strategy - Preferably direct contact with decision&nbsp;keys of major EU - Generic companies. - Identification of new molecules for launch in the EU Market - Identifying 505(b)(2) &amp; Para IV opportunities - Increase market share of existing products and qualify as source with potential customers for existing and new products. - Receivables management - Coordinating with SCM team for effective distribution management - Maintaining receivables within budgeted norms. KEY INTERFACES External Interfaces : Vendors, Clients, Third Party Manufacturers Internal Interfaces : Sales Team, SCM, Finance, Production, Regulatory, R&amp;D, QA/QC, etc. EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE Education Qualification(Highest ): MBA from reputed B School Experience: 8 - 12+ years Minimum 5 years in handling Europe - API Sales &amp; BD role. SKILLS REQUIRED: Skills Description : Proficiency Level (General Awareness, Working Knowledge, Functional Expert, Mastery ) Functional Skills - In depth knowledge of EU generic business - Receivable management &amp; the impact of it on the budgeted numbers. - Interface with decision makers within the EU generic industry&amp; &amp; the impact of it on the industry. Functional Expert Behavioral Skills - Should be a go getter in achieving desired results. - Team Management, Strategic orientation, Communication skills ( written &amp; verbal) Interpersonal Relationship management - Leadership &amp; Negotiation skills Working Knowledge - General Awareness: Knows the fundamental or general understanding of concepts. - Working Knowledge: Has broad / working knowledge of the subject.
