Job Title : Senior Manager-Analytics & Reporting

Job Location : Gurgaon

Relevant exp.:

- Must be 8+ years of exp. into Reporting + Analytics.

- Must have team handling exp.

- Good communication skills

- Must have exp. in SAS/SQL.

- Shift Timing - General shift

- 5 Days working

Job Responsibilities :

- Lead and supervise groups researching strategic business data and conducting data analysis.

- Interpret information and communicate findings to executives.

- Define and meet annual budgetary goals.

- Collaborate with industry leaders and experts to define tactics and strategies.

- Develop and enforce standards for the process of data collection and analysis

Desired Profile :

- 8-10 yrs professional experience in banking analytics preferred

Education background : IIT/IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI/ISB/NIT's preferred

Hands on experience on SQL and Advanced Excel

Strong SAS, Analytics, R, Modeling, Banking Analytics experience required

Prior experience in Risk Modeling, collections Modeling, LGD and Fraud Modeling required

Team Handling experience
