Senior Manager - Analytics & Reporting - IIT/IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI/ISB/NIT

Summary (Brief Summary of a Job):

This is a strategic role and requires the candidate to have formulated and developed strategic plans at functional or organizational level. This position Holder is responsible for leveraging analytical techniques to proactively understand and highlight trends & patterns for identifying business gaps and probable risks.

Job Responsibilities:

- To work closely with BICC on topics related to regular reporting of OPS function - automation, overview, report management.

- Strategic data mining and analysis delivery for OPS projects

- Support of strategy planning for OPS

- Contribution for OPS budgeting and expense monitoring

- Analyse data and trends for identifying key risk areas and areas of potential improvements

- Ability to think strategically and give inputs to business, supported by data

- Build forecasting model for Operations for managing business efficiently

- Build predictive model for manpower projections basis sales targets vs. trends and projects which have impact on efficiency or manpower

- Drive improvement initiatives for process improvements in analytics

- Preparing business dashboards and presentation to senior management team

- Support team members to device new reporting mechanisms and MIS dashboards, includes analysis and design of reports

- Creating Standard and Adhoc management reporting and analysis for portfolio review and monitoring

- Analyse data to identify early warning signals and proactively provide feedback to take corrective actions

- Collaborate with industry leaders and experts to define tactics and strategies

Desired Profile

- Education background: IIT/IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI/ISB/NIT's preferred

- Hands on experience on SQL and Advanced Excel

- Strong SAS, Analytics, R, Modeling, Banking Analytics experience required

- Team Handling experience
