Senior Manager - Analytics & Product Operations - Internet/Online

Responsibilities

- Lead the entire data analytics function - gathering and analyzing data to gain valuable business insights and influence decision-making

- Own vision and execution for the Product Operations function and help in driving the strategy for the organization

- Apply statistics and data modeling to various aspects of the business, boosting business growth, optimizing operational processes and enhance customer experience

- Communicate and track key performance metrics across departments

- Lead, nurture and groom the team of business analysts and associates, with an unyielding focus on quality and productivity

- Build strong relationships with all local and global stakeholders and meet objectives by influencing and engaging across multiple teams

Qualifications & Other Requirements :

Exp: 7 - 12 years

- MBA from a top tier institute with preference for Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field

- At least 5 years' experience in a position involving business analytics, consulting, data science or business intelligence

- 3-5 years experience in direct people management with planning, resource allocation and managing a team in delivering the goals

- Prior working experience in startups is a plus
