Job Summary:
The candidate shall critically review all new customer on boarding and ensure that we acquire only Right customer with Right intent and Right expectations. The position holder shall define policies and implement the processes to ensure the same.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Segmenting the customers after understanding the complete customer life cycle
- Data analytics to review profiles of customers being acquired by the PAN India Sales teams
- Analyzing patterns and designing policies to allow only healthy profiles in the system
- Continuous improvement in system by addition of new checks to control the leakage
- Presentation, approval and sign off with cross function teams for recommendations
- Create go to market plan and ensure completion by follow up with stakeholders
- Implement process with a team of 30 Tele-Callers to ensure the process compliance
- Working closely with Sales and Servicing teams and support them for process adherence
- Weekly reporting to management with insights and plans
Qualifications: ( MUST HAVE 80% and above in 10th and 12th )
- MBA and B.Tech. from Premier institutes
- Experience of minimum 5 years and above.
