Senior Manager - Analytics - KPO/Consulting

We are Hiring for Analytics, Senior Manager.

Looking for Candidates with crisp Analytical knowledge, hand on experience in MySQL and R/python.

Education - Bachelor or Masters from Top Tier 1 institute.

Role & responsibilities :

- Managing projects independently.

- Should have understanding customer lifecycle and developing models to improve Acquisition, usage, and retention.

- Deriving consumer insights and proposing actionable to achieve consumer and business outcomes

- Implementing analytical and statistical methodologies to achieve business targets.

- Presenting and drafting insights and recommendations to the leadership team

- Coordinating with relevant teams to drive implementation of actionable and assess their effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS :

- 4+ years of experience in analytics.

- Should have Proficient in MySQL and R/python.

- Ability to crisply define the business problem and translate it into the analytical/empirical problem.

- Should have strong analytical and algorithmic problem-solving skills.

- Ability to multitask and provide both quick insights and detailed insights

- Comfortable with working in a dynamic environment.
