Senior Manager - Analytics - eCommerce

We are looking to hire an E-commerce Analytics Senior Manager to drive the generation of insightful and actionable recommendations to optimize e-commerce sites.

Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in data science and analytics, plus a strong business sense and a deep understanding of and experience in E-commerce. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, problem solving abilities, team management experience, personal impact and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities will include:

- Leverage data, information and analyses to generate insights and actionable recommendations to support day-to-day operations and decision-making of E-commerce

- Oversee execution of E-Commerce and Web analytics, including development of forecasts and models to quantify and evaluate key drivers and new business opportunities

- Oversee design, development and delivery of reports and dashboards to provide insights to other E-Commerce departments and support their decision-making

- Define and drive E-Commerce analytics strategy in alignment with overall E-commerce strategy

- Drive expansion of suite of data and analytical tools and support training and user adoption efforts

- Understand market trends and technical developments in E-commerce and analytics and share industry best practices

- Manage, train and develop junior team members

- Manage mid-level stakeholder relationships

Skills, Capabilities and Experience

- 10+ years of professional work experience in the advanced analytics. Consulting experience preferred.

- Advanced knowledge of web analytics, particularly Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics

- Advanced experience with data visualization software (Tableau, Looker, or similar technologies) used for analyses and dashboard creation

- Experience with third party analytical software tools that provide quantitative and qualitative insights

- Deep knowledge of typical analytics tools, ranging from SAS, R, SPSS, Eviews, Python, SQL, Teradata, Hadoop, Access, Excel, etc.
