Sr. Manager - Analytics The Client : - They are the first and currently the only player, in the predictive engine-based self-service analytics product space for end business users. They have created the world's first virtual data scientist, capable of understanding plain English queries from user, and autonomously being able to take decisions ranging from data selection to algorithm selection and finally visualisation and narratives, without any human intervention. - They are now embarking on bringing explainable component to their AI based solutions, to make the business decisions simpler, easier and adaptable to larger stakeholders. They are also rapidly expanding to bring the product to the world's major businesses. Position : Sr. Manager - Analytics Relevant Experience : 7 - 10 years Location : Bangalore Joining : Immediate to 30 days Interview Process: 1/2 Telephonic Rounds followed by personal interview Description : - As a part of the analytics team, you will be responsible for designing and developing production ready codes to implement features on the AI based virtual analyst in a highly charged and dynamic environment. Responsibilities : a. Gather requirements, understand data structures, develop and deploy algorithms b. Build models and algorithms to implement predictive modeling and statistical techniques c. Partner with NLP, engineering and business teams to implement AI based virtual analyst for clients d. Contribute in building and deploying new use cases on AI based virtual analyst e. Assess market needs and contribute in introduction of new features and capabilities on AI based virtual analyst f. Sometimes, Write/Review code to scale product capabilities Skills Required : a. 7-10 years of experience in delivering analytics led consulting projects in BFSI, Healthcare, CPG retail, Manufacturing or e-commerce domain b. Strong analytical thinking and hands-on experience in problem solving c. Strong verbal and written communication skills d. A good understanding of the landscape of BI solutions like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, ThoughtSpot, Answer Rocket, Looker etc. e. Hands-on experience in predictive modeling techniques like regression, classification, clustering, forecasting etc. f. Proficiency in R/Python/SQL g. A good understanding of SQL and no-SQL databases Desired Skills (Good to have) : a. A knowledge of technology infrastructure, specifically, big data technologies- Elastic search / Spark / H20 etc. b. Familiarity with platforms like google cloud, AWS, Azure etc. c. Prior Product management experience d. Familiarity with Agile methodology and related tools like JIRA Qualifications : a. A Master's degree (or equivalent) in business management, analytics or business intelligence b. A Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline
