Senior Manager - Analytics Academics

About our client: Leading name in online Education in Analytics

Your primary job responsibility will include (and not limited to):

- Owning all academic activities and learning experience for our programs so that participants are continually engaged during the program and have the expected learning outcome

- Teaching in class, conducting workshops and facilitating doubt clearing webinars in areas of expertise

- Creating learning material, assessments, and model solutions to be distributed over the LMS and answering queries on discussion forums

- Contributing to the instructional design and delivery of various programs offered by Great Learning

- Being an integral part of the management team and working with senior leadership in the organization to continually innovate to deliver the product and service vision and set the strategic direction of the company

- Identifying faculty and industry experts and supporting them in creating and delivering courses

- Grading assignments as needed

- Driving a culture of excellence within Organisation and working across teams to identify and implement best practices

Relevant Background:

- Qualification: Bachelors in technology, M.Tech, MBA, PhD (preferable)

- Experience: 8+ years of experience

Strong analytics background with a knack for content

Passion for learning and having great learning outcomes

Learning agility

- Location: Bangalore (Travel as required)
