The principle purpose of the role is the creation of advanced analytics and insights in order to drive stakeholder/enterprise value. This person will also have responsibility for ensuring that analyses and insights are accurate, impactful, timely and efficient.
He/She will leverage an expansive set of analytic techniques or methodologies that support recommendations for executive level business decisions. To accomplish this, the individual will lead or guide a cross-functional team to leverage multiple resources, advanced analytic methodologies and data streams linking the four enterprise strategic quadrants (people, process, customer, and financial).
This position requires deep knowledge of disparate data sources within the four enterprise strategic quadrants, relevant external data and strong domain expertise.
In addition, He/she will work closely with M&E business peers to create holistic insights and recommendations that drive business performance. This individual will also work across Enterprise Analytic verticals and be accountable for setting consistent analytic methodologies and best practices for the enterprise.
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, Applied Quantitative or related field plus 9 years- experience in applied advanced analytical role or Master degree plus 7 years- experience in an applied advanced analytical role
6 years of experience working with analytic software (e.g., Base SAS, SAS Enterprise Miner, Enterprise Guide) and performing advanced data modeling, data mining and exploratory data analysis (e.g., linear/logistic regression, ARIMA, Cluster Analysis)
1 year experience working with Enterprise level databases (e.g., Teradata, Oracle, Infomix) developing SQL and data management skills
