Senior Manager - Analytical Laboratory - Food

We are hiring for Sr. Manager with experience in Analytical Laboratory (5-15 yrs experience) for Bangalore location.

1.Should have experience in Analytical research and laboratory operations

2. Scientific engagement of working with Regulatory Agencies and Analytical network Nationally/Internationally.

3.Should have worked with Food Analytical techniques.

4.Manages a group of laboratory analysts to provide prompt service to support R&D and production activities in a safe and productive environment.

5.Establishes, manages and reports testing laboratory performance matrices to management and client in a defined interval.

6.Develops direct report by providing sufficient and relevant training and managing staff performance excellence.

7.Manages and ensures project and program execution, client engagement and business processes to deliver optimum business result.

Essential Requirements :

1.Good understanding on food / nutritional analysis and on advanced instrumentation, such as LCMS, HPLC, GC, ICP etc is required

2.Familiar with ISO 17025 standards and other quality benchmarks

3.Member of international scientific organisations like AOAC and/or ASMS.

4.Proficient in FSSAI and BIS requirements and guidelines.
