Working in close co-ordination with the various groups in the Bank for day-to-day management of liquidity to ensure that adequate liquidity is maintained at all times

- Proactive management of short-term fund mismatches to take advantage of the arbitrage opportunities that may become available in the market from time to time

- Planning the borrowing programme of the Bank over the medium term

- Ensuring compliance with the regulatory and internal limits pertaining to asset-liability management for the domestic operations of the Bank

- Managing the interest rate risk of the Bank

- Formulating transfer pricing framework of the Bank

Key Deliverables:

- Managing FTP book NII as approved by ALCO with budgeted advances and CASA growth

- Seamless execution of the funds transfer pricing policy, providing inputs for changes.

- Investigate drivers for change in Base Rate/ MCLR changes and provide inputs related to the same to Senior Management

- Partner with key stakeholders across the bank to evaluate the company's interest rate risk management strategy (depositing/borrowing strategy) and work on various balance sheet management initiatives.

- Drafting notes related to pricing of Wholesale banking products, funds transfer pricing

- Manage a team 3-4 people

Key Skills:

- Knowledge of Treasury processes, including Fund Transfer Pricing, liquidity risk management/monitoring or Balance Sheet Management

- Familiarity with bank products; Exposure to balance sheet and understanding of financial markets

- Ability to plan and execute complex activities in the area of analytics related funds transfer pricing activity

- Ability to engage with senior management in a clear and concise manner

- Solid work ethic, good business sense, and demonstrated initiative

- Strong team skills, ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks and bring them to completion

- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint etc.

- Strong drafting skills for creating internal memorandums and notes
