Senior Manager/AGM - Treasury - Bio Pharma Firm

1. Independently handling treasury functions

a. Derivatives (Options / Range forwards) deal execution, understanding of valuation and accounting under INDAS

b. Investments in FD, MF, structured instruments

c. Strong understanding of currency / economic conditions

d. Fund raising (ECB, Bonds), loan refinancing

e. Strong independent relation with banks

f. Covenant compliance

g. Managing Cash flow (including rolling forecast)

h. Inter-co cash movement

i. SAP knowledge

j. Running cash committees on a monthly basis

k. Managing Bank signatories

l. Trade banking (LC, signatories, online banking, collections, FIRC mapping)

m. Experience of handling banking in overseas jurisdictions (US/ Malaysia/ UK)

n. Handling Insurance

2. Compliance

a. FEMA related compliance (APR, past performance, FIRC mapping)

3. Valuation

a. Making business models for raising debt

b. IPO capability
