Senior Manager/AGM - Tax - CA - FMCG/Manufacturing/Healthcare/Pharma

Hiring for a large size Indian MNC to be based out of Bangalore.

Title : Senior Manager/AGM - Tax

Reports to : Senior GM

Educational Qualification : CA

Responsibilities :

- Ensuring compliance to all Direct Tax and Indirect Tax regulations, advance tax computations, filing of income tax returns, TDS returns, service tax and VAT.

- Transfer pricing and inter unit and company related compliance

- Expertise in SEZ and EOU taxation

- Working closely with departments and consultants for all Direct and Indirect Tax assessments

- Handling International Taxation matters, Double Taxation Avoidance agreements, Permanent establishment related issues.
