The primary responsibility of the role holder would be working with Business HR Heads towards enabling the Talent & Learning strategy in such a way that needs of the business are addressed to ensure people capabilities become an advantage
Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators):
1. SPOC for Talent & Learning for the business.
2. Working with the business in understanding learning needs for the larger population & getting them supported through the learning team.
3. Actively working towards improving the learning experience
4. Adoption of e-learning
5. Drive talent management process design, career pathing, career management interventions and its implementation
6. Drive initiatives aligned to the culture road-map of the organization
7. Working with the business HR in articulation & implementation of IDPs for Hi Potential talent
Critical Tasks:
- Learning Culture
- E-learning adoption
- Build Talent Management frameworks
Educational Background and Work Experience:
- Full time MBA from an institute of repute
- 12-15 years of work experience in designing talent management strategy and Learning frameworks
