Job Description: Industry - Steel/ Pipe/ Any manufacturing industry Location - Plant based in Anjar Gujarat CTC - 20-25 Lakhs KRA : Sourcing and Recruitment: - Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding. - Employ innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates. - Conduct thorough candidate assessments through interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations. Collaboration: - Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team's talent requirements and organizational goals. - Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. - Foster positive relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards. Candidate Experience: - Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback. - Implement best practices to enhance the overall recruitment and onboarding experience for candidates.
