Location - Plant based in Anjar Gujarat

CTC - 20-25 Lakhs

KRA :

Sourcing and Recruitment:

- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding.

- Employ innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.

- Conduct thorough candidate assessments through interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations.

Collaboration:

- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team's talent requirements and organizational goals.

- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

- Foster positive relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards.

Candidate Experience:

- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.

- Implement best practices to enhance the overall recruitment and onboarding experience for candidates.

Data Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

- Analyze recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and optimize the hiring process.

Employer Branding:

- Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand.

- Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and industry conferences to enhance the organization's visibility.
