Sr Manager/AGM Talent Acquisition


Job Purpose:


As a Talent Sourcing leader, you will build sourcing strategy and model which would include requisition-based sourcing, database building, talent research and mapping, attracting top talent across various experience levels for the company. You will be required to work closely with business as well as HR teams to understand hiring requirements in diverse functional roles, socializing employee value proposition and engaging passive talent.

Principal Accountabilities:

To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

- The individual will provide full life cycle recruiting, including interfacing with hiring managers to create and review requisitions, sourcing/screening candidates, participating in interviews when required, and developing competitive job offers.

- Develop successful working relationships with the HR teams and leadership team, demonstrating a sound understanding of the requirements of the business.

- Working with the business to identify and define the resource requirements - obtain the necessary authorization and working with the resources and establish the most appropriate and cost-effective recruitment strategies to meet the recruitment requirement.

- Manage and monitor internal applicant tracking system, ensuring that all candidates and applicants are properly tracked and have a disposition reason.

- Consulting, advising & challenging the hiring managers on the selection of candidates throughout the end-to-end process, e.g., CV review, interview feedback, etc. ensuring best fit for the role.

- Developing advertising programs (internal and external) in order to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.

- Developing and maintaining an excellent relationship with hiring partners to ensure achievement of staffing goals.

- Analyze staffing trends and results for continuous improvement of our strategies and processes.

- Driven, highly organized with the ability to identify and focus on priorities and deliver to deadlines

Qualification and Experience:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in business administration, human resources from a Tier 1/ 2 college

- Experience Range of 7-12years within Recruitment function.

- Deep exposure in RPO

- Extensive and demonstrable experience of sourcing candidates by utilizing a variety of methods including networking, on-line and off-line advertising, internet search (data mining), database searching, in addition to utilizing relevant recruitment providers.
