Senior Manager/AGM - Supplier Quality Assurance

- Devise and establish a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications as per ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018

- Managing MR responsibilities for External agency IMS Audits for Recertification cycle

- Accomplishes quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures

- Develops quality assurance plans as per Customer Specification and monitoring procedures

- Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends

- Partner with the Business Heads on all related operational and strategic issues

- Working in Close Coordination with SCM team to establish quality requirements from external suppliers/ Traders/ Distributors for Businesses.

- Make sure that manufacturing or production processes meet the IEC/BIS requirements for Co-Branding of the Products.

- Monitor Supplier & Channel Partners performance by gathering relevant data and produce statistical reports on monthly MIS

- Review existing policies and make suggestions for changes and improvements and deploying across the functions

- Conduct the Internal Audits within the Organisation as per set audit frequency

- Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Collaborating with engineering and Site teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective & preventive actions.

- Participating in product testing and validation activities.

- Coordination for site commissioning activities of all Electrical & Mechanical systems including PV side & Switchyard side

- Managing and measuring the performance of Third Party Inspection agency.

- Handling the Customer Complaints within the Defect Liability Period of the Project

- Monitor ESG Data (Scope 1,2,3) emissions of the Businesses for Sustainability reporting
