Senior Manager/AGM - Strategy - Real Estate

Your Roles & Responsibilities :

- To formulate the business plan for new projects and ensure adherence to key financial objectives of PBT, NPV, IRR, etc. over the life cycle

- Ensure timely execution of the project

- Drive all cross-functional and key business decisions related to the asset

- To make the annual operating plan and the long-range plan for the asset being managed

- Determine the key performance indicators for the project for the year and periodic review of actual performance with respect to these.

- Work with Functional Heads on key strategic assignments for developing the long-term capability of the business

- Prepare the business analysis and scenarios

Skills & Qualification :

- MBA Finance from Tier 1 business schools

- 4-8 years of experience - managing strategy / assisting the top leadership of the organization

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and business acumen

- Sound understanding of financial modeling

- Strong leadership and people management skills to be able to drive cross-functional assignments and decisions.
