KRA :
- Driving sales initiatives & achieving desired targets with overall responsibility of return on investment and exploring marketing avenues to build consumer preference and drive volumes
- Identifying and networking with financially strong & reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and improved market share; implementing marketing strategies for promoting products as per plans of company
- Managing demand forecasting & inventory; ensuring optimum inventory levels with channel partners to ensure timely deliveries to the customers
- Managing the entire gamut of techno-commercial operations which included feasibility studies, enquiry generations, tendering, order execution, collection of receivables and provision of after-sales service
- Ensuring alignment of business plans with marketing and sales strategies by concentrating on business management, planning, and data analysis
- Analyzing market conditions and forecasting sales and market share; conducting research to analyze customer behavior and design strategies accordingly
- Supervising integrated marketing activities by infusing new strategic ideas and participating in business planning along with annual budget phasing, content management, customer segmentation and competition mapping
- Spearheading the evaluation of revenue management for assigned accounts and planning the communication accordingly
- Formulating, developing and implementing yearly business strategies to ensure attainment of revenue goals and profitable sell-through; ensuring the strategic objectives were well understood and executed by the team
- Articulating the organization's desired image & position, assuring consistent communication of image and position across multiple geographies by steering the marketing function with emphasis on championing the brand and expanding the customer base
- Managing accounts and meeting/ exceeding targets relating to revenue growth, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition
