Senior Manager/AGM - Sales - Payroll & Compliance Solutions

- We are urgently hiring Sales & Business development professionals in HRO solutions space - payroll and compliance outsourcing services for Mynd Solutiuons Pvt Ltd.

- Mynd Solutions is a leading global service provider in business process and technology management, offering broad spectrum of services in Finance and Accounting (FAO), Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO), Information Technology (IT) and Consulting.

- Collaborating with key decision makers by seamlessly networking with CHROs/HRHeads and forging long term business relationship

- Formulate strategy to build pipeline of clients for increasing business volume of the region.

- Acquisition of key accounts through cold calls, meetings and bringing deals to closure.

- Build a strong relationship with the existing large accounts to increase business

- Liaising with unit heads to strategize business plans and initiatives for driving business goals

- Preparing sales plan, budgeting & value build up projections, target delegation and funding trends

- Improved team's operational excellence by driving process efficiency, quality service through reduced turnaround response time

Salary offered: 10 - 15 LPA
